天津大学管理与经济学部2026年诚邀英才依托申报海外优青项目
01、海外优青项目介绍
国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目(海外)旨在吸引和鼓励在自然科学、工程技术等方面已取得较好成绩的海外优秀青年学者(含非华裔外籍人才)回国(来华)工作,自主选择研究方向开展创新性研究,促进青年科学技术人才的快速成长,培养一批有望进入世界科技前沿的优秀学术骨干,为科技强国建设贡献力量。为进一步完善科学基金人才资助体系,充分发挥科学基金引进和培养人才的功能,吸引更多海外优秀青年人才回国(来华)工作,天津大学管理与经济学部现启动2026年优秀青年科学基金项目(海外)申报工作。
The NSFC Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) aims to attract and encourage outstanding young scholars from abroad (including non-Chinese foreign talents) who have achieved notable accomplishments in natural sciences, engineering, and technology to return to or come to China for work.The program supports scholars in independently selecting research directions to conduct innovative studies, fostering the rapid development of young scientific and technological talents, and cultivating a group of exceptional academic leaders poised to advance global scientific frontiers, thereby contributing to building a strong nation in science and technology.To further enhance the talent funding system of the Science Fund, fully leverage its role in attracting and nurturing talent, and encourage more outstanding young scholars from overseas to return to or come to China, College of Management and Economics at Tianjin University is now launching the application process for the 2026 Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas).
优秀青年科学基金项目(海外)的申请人应当具备以下条件:
(1)遵守中华人民共和国法律法规,具有良好的科学道德,自觉践行新时代科学家精神;
(2)出生日期在1986年1月1日(含)以后;
(3)具有博士学位;
(4)研究方向主要为自然科学、工程技术等;
(5)在取得博士学位后至2026年4月15日前,一般应在海外知名高校、科研机构、企业研发机构等获得正式教学或者科研职位,且具有连续36个月以上工作经历;在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的,可适当放宽工作年限要求(不适用于通过中外联合培养方式取得海外博士学位的情况)。在海外工作期间,同时拥有境内带薪酬职位的申请人,其境内带薪酬职位的工作年限不计入海外工作年限;
(6)取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果,且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力;
(7)申请人尚未全职回国(来华)工作,或者2025年1月1日以后回国(来华)工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作并全职回国(来华)工作不少于3年。
Applicants for the NSFC Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) must meet the following conditions:
1.Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, demonstrate good scientific ethics, and actively embody the spirit of scientists in the new era.
2.Born on or after January 1, 1986.
3.Hold a doctoral degree.
4.Focus primarily on research in natural sciences, engineering, or technology.
5.Between obtaining a doctoral degree and April 15, 2026, generally have held a formal teaching or research position at a renowned overseas university, research institution, or corporate R&D organization, with at least 36 consecutive months of work experience.For those with a doctoral degree obtained overseas and exceptionally outstanding achievements, the work experience requirement may be appropriately relaxed (not applicable to those who obtained an overseas doctoral degree through joint Chinese-foreign training programs).Work periods at paid positions in China during overseas employment will not count toward the overseas work experience requirement.
6.Have achieved research or technological accomplishments recognized by peer experts and demonstrate potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in the relevant field.
7.Have not yet returned to (or come to) China for full-time work, or have returned to (or come to) China for work after January 1, 2025.Upon receiving funding, applicants must resign from overseas positions and work full-time in China for at least 3 years.

1.高位起步 绿色通道:给予事业编制正高教职,菁英教授岗位,开通直聘博导绿色通道,授予博导资格。对于进入海优会评暂未通过者,学校提供“北洋学者英才计划”事业编岗位的绿色通道;入选海优后补齐相关引进待遇。

1.High Starting Point with Fast-Track Opportunities: Offer a permanent professor position with the title of Elite Professor and direct access to a fast-track process for doctoral supervisor qualification.For candidates who participate in the oral defense evaluation for the NSFC Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) but do not pass, the university provides a fast-track entry to the “Beiyang Scholars Talent Program” with a permanent position.Successful candidates of the Overseas Program will receive supplementary benefits as per the recruitment package.
2.Competitive Compensation with Long-Term Support: Provide a highly competitive salary, along with substantial settling-in allowances and research funding.After the initial employment period, continued long-term salary support is offered to help faculty pursue higher platforms in a stable environment.Faculty can further expand their career development through the university’s promotion pathways.
