二、岗位描述：

1、在四个重点发展的学科方向（西方科技史、中国近现代科技史、科学哲学与技术哲学、科学传播与科学博物馆学）中的任一方向，开展国际前沿或国家亟需的重大科学研究，取得国内领先或国际先进水平、有重大影响的研究成果。

2、结合自身研究优势，开设相关通识类或专业类课程，丰富现有本研课程体系，工作量达到学校和院系的要求。

3、开展课堂教学之外的学生教育和学生指导工作，对于海外招聘的教师，将主要服务于本系的国际交流、合作等相关事务。

Within any one of the four priority research directions—Western History of Science and Technology, Modern and Contemporary History of Science and Technology in China, Philosophy of Science and Philosophy of Technology, and Science Communication and Science Museum Studies—the appointee is expected to conduct research at the international frontier or addressing critical national needs, and to achieve domestically leading or internationally advanced research outcomes of significant impact. Leveraging his/her research strengths, the appointee shall develop and deliver relevant general education or specialized courses, thereby enriching the existing undergraduate and graduate curriculum, while fulfilling the workload requirements of the university and the department. In addition, the appointee shall undertake student education and mentorship activities beyond classroom teaching. For faculty recruited from overseas, their primary responsibilities will be to serve the department's international exchanges, collaborations, and related affairs.

三、资格条件：

申请者必须拥有科技史、科技哲学专业或其他相关领域的博士学位，具有突出的研究和教学能力，能够积极为对本系的学术研究和本科、研究生教学提供实质性贡献。

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in the History of Science and Technology, the Philosophy of Science and Technology, or a closely related discipline. They are expected to demonstrate exceptional competence in both research and teaching, and to actively contribute substantively to the department's scholarly research as well as its undergraduate and graduate instruction.
