二、岗位描述：

1.从事锂/钠离子电池关键材料与器件的基础研究和应用研究，包括正负极材料、电解液、固态电解质等方向；

2.独立或协助团队开展国家级、省部级科研项目申报与实施，承担科研任务并产出高水平学术成果；

3.承担本科及研究生课程教学任务（如电化学、储能科学与工程、能源化学等），指导本科生科研训练和研究生培养；

4.参与实验室平台建设与运行管理，协助大型仪器设备的共享使用与维护；

5.开展产学研合作与成果转化，与新能源企业保持密切合作；

6.完成学院安排的其他工作。

1.Conduct fundamental and applied research on key materials and devices for lithium/sodium-ion batteries, including cathode/anode materials, electrolytes, and solid-state electrolytes;

2.Independently or jointly apply for and implement national and provincial-level research projects, and produce high-quality academic outputs;

3.Undertake teaching duties for undergraduate and postgraduate courses (e.g., Electrochemistry, Energy Storage Science and Engineering, Energy Chemistry), and supervise undergraduate research training and graduate students;

4.Participate in laboratory platform construction and management, and assist with the shared use and maintenance of major instruments;

5.Engage in industry–academia collaboration and technology transfer, maintaining close cooperation with new energy enterprises;

6.Complete other tasks assigned by the School.

1.学术能力：在锂/钠电池领域具有扎实的研究基础，具备独立开展科研工作的能力；

2.教学能力：具备良好的中英文授课能力和语言表达能力，热爱教学工作；

3.综合素质：具有良好的学术道德、团队协作精神和沟通能力，身心健康；

4.符合岗位所需的其他条件。

1.Research ability: A solid research background in lithium/sodium batteries, with first- or corresponding-author publications in leading journals of the field, and the capability to conduct research independently;

2.Teaching ability: Strong bilingual (Chinese/English) teaching and communication skills, and a passion for teaching;

3.Overall quality: Good academic integrity, teamwork spirit, communication skills, and physical and mental health;

4.Other conditions required by the position.
