福建农林大学海峡联合研究院代谢组学中心2025年招聘信息
研究方向:人工智能与机器学习驱动的计算代谢组学
2014年5月,福建农林大学代谢组学研究中心(简称代谢中心)成立,邀请国际顶尖专家担任学术指导委员,并招募了一批拥有出色学术水平的中青年学者担任课题组长。代谢中心已建立了包括代谢组学平台、细胞生物平台、遗传转化平台等先进的科研平台,为开展高水平的代谢调控机制研究提供坚实保障。2015年5月,代谢中心与美国加州大学河滨分校共建FAFU-UCR园艺生物学及代谢组学联合中心。
代谢中心聚焦农业的重要科学问题,将在模式植物(拟南芥、大豆等)及福建省主要园艺作物(茶叶、草莓、番茄、青梗菜等)中,运用代谢组学和细胞生物学等手段开展前沿研究,立志在短期内取得一批学术成果,并成为具有国际影响力的高水平研究中心。
一、任职要求
1. 计算机科学、生物信息学、计算生物学、生物化学或相关领域博士学位,并具备至少3年博士后或同等科研经验。
2. 以第一/通讯作者在高水平期刊上发表过代谢组学或AI生物计算领域论文。
3. 精通Python/R编程,具备深度学习框架实战经验,熟悉代谢组学数据格式及分析流程,具备多组学数据整合经验。

About HMDB
Established in 2014, the FAFU Metabolomics Center (HBMC) operates under the guidance of a scientific advisory committee led by Dr. Yang Zhenbiao. The center has assembled a team of young principal investigators renowned for their academic excellence, developed state-of-the-art research platforms, and remains committed to pioneering cutting-edge investigations.
Co-founded in May 2015 by the Institute for Integrative Genome Biology (IIGB) and the Haixia Institute of Science and Technology (HIST), HBMC serves as a joint research hub aimed at fostering deeper scientific collaboration. Core faculty members from both HBMC and IIGB play key roles in this partnership.
HBMC's research focuses on both model plant species (such as Arabidopsis and soybean) and major horticultural crops cultivated in Fujian, including tea, strawberry, tomato, and Chinese cabbage. By integrating metabolomics and cell biology approaches, the center aims to address fundamental biological questions and strives to achieve global recognition in the near future.
Job Requirements
1. Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral or equivalent research experience.
2. Proven track record of publishing as a first/corresponding author in high-impact journals within the fields of metabolomics or AI-driven computational biology
3. Proficient in Python/R programming, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks; familiar with metabolomics data formats and analysis workflows; experienced in multi-omics data integration.
Terms and Benefits

2. Compensation is negotiable and includes standard social insurance and housing fund benefits.
3. Candidates who meet the criteria for Fujian Province High-Level Talent (Categories A, B, or C) are eligible for additional relocation subsidies ranging from 250,000 to 1,000,000 RMB.
